SNAP! Solutions
Founded in 2017, SNAP is a boutique company based in Lisbon, Portugal, that specialises in innovation consulting, as well as accelerating and funding the development of it, working at the European and international scales.
SNAP will oversee the overall management of the project, such as risk management and legal consulting. Applying experience with previous H2020 projects – e.g the Citizenergy IEE and REScoop Plus – SNAP will coordinate the following:
- financial administration of the project and its funds.
- smooth and timely communication with all European Commission officials.
- completion of all reports and financial statements.
- replication of the Energy Solidarity toolkit, working with REScoop.eu
To fulfil its role, SNAP will work with a team of experienced project managers and entrepreneurs with a strong background in sustainable energy – namely cooperative and crowdfunding projects and project finance.
